captivates his audience regardless of its language. Here he performs on
a university campus. He says his influences are universal and
iinclude Ray Charles, Joao Gilberto, and yes, Elvis, Segovia and famed
gypsy guitarist Django
Rheinhart. Jose has film credits too. He composed and sang
the theme and other music for Chico and The Man. And he sings El Tango
De Roxanne (written by Sting) on the sound tack of Moulin Rouge.
